Inventory is extremely low, with only 8 active listings and 19 homes sold in March. That’s well under 1 month of supply, indicating a very strong seller’s market.

Out of 24 new listings, 17 sold within the same month, and with 4 of the remaining already holding offer dates, demand is clearly fast-paced and competitive.

Bottom line:
North Kildonan is in a highly competitive seller’s market, with rising prices, extremely limited inventory, and homes selling quickly—often with multiple offers.
